CFSE Molasses Tanker Refurbishment: Comprehensive Rust Removal and Priming

The rust removal process for the CFSE Molasses tanker has been successfully completed, both inside and out, with the trailer framework now primed and ready for the next phase of refurbishment.
Our team at A1 Tanker Repairs has made significant progress in the ongoing refurbishment of the CFSE Molasses tanker.
The extensive rust removal process is now complete, covering both the exterior and interior of the tanker. This crucial step was necessary to restore the integrity of the tanker, ensuring that no rust remains to compromise its structure.

Exterior and Interior Rust Removal

We meticulously removed rust from every surface, leaving the tanker clean and prepared for further restoration work. The interior, in particular, has been thoroughly cleared of all rust, making it fully ready for the next stages in the process. This effort is essential in preventing future corrosion and extending the lifespan of the tanker.

Trailer Framework Priming

In addition to the rust removal, we’ve also primed the framework of the trailer. This step is vital to protect the metal from future corrosion and to ensure a strong base for any additional coatings or paintwork that will follow. The primer serves as the first line of defense, setting the stage for a durable and long-lasting finish.
